Reasons for Volunteering with GV: Sarah, Helen, Meaghan, and Kelly will be spending 2 weeks at Wildlife Friends Foundation Thailand outside Bangkok. At WFFT, they will be participating in the rehabilitation of endangered wildlife species. They will be working in both the veterinary hospital and rehabilitation center, treating sick and injured animals. They will then be spending 3 weeks at the Elephant Nature Park & Dog Rescue in Chiang Mai, assisting veterinarians and animal care staff in treating and caring for the animals at the facility. Their goal is to exchange knowledge, ideas and beliefs while learning from international veterinarians. They are excited to gain valuable hands-on experience and have a long-lasting impact at their chosen projects!
