The Paw Patrol team can’t wait to be travelling to Thailand and India! Our placements will kick off in Chiang Mai, Thailand, where we are excited to get involved in large-scale trap-neuter-return (TNR) projects and community care of stray dogs and cats. We are also partnering with a similar rescue group which sterilizes, vaccinates, and provides medical care for the stray dogs and cats of Pune, India. Our goal is to partner with local veterinarians to support community health, to develop our clinical and surgical skills, and to learn more about mass sterilization techniques. We are incredibly grateful for this opportunity to gain experience and contribute to animal welfare abroad!
