Hello! Sawasdee-Khap!

We are Abby and Nour, and are SO excited to embark on our adventure to Thailand as part of the 2023 Global Vets Team, it makes us go Tachycardic! We are thrilled to be engaging in International collaboration and promoting international relations in veterinary medicine with our peers from around the world. We both come from a background with extensive experience in small and mixed animal practices, and are excited to explore the best of both worlds as we work in both a wildlife hospital and a small animal clinic. Many of the animals we will be working with in the wildlife hospital include elephants that have been retired from tourist projects, and the hospital works to treat, rehabilitate and preserve conservation of the elephants in Thailand. While a lot of our time will be spent volunteering in these clinics, we are excited to learn and indulge in Thai culture during our time there. We look forward to this experience!
