Hi everyone!

We are thrilled to be one of the teams heading to Iquitos, Peru to volunteer with Rainforest Awareness Rescue Education Center (RAREC) this upcoming summer. This organization focuses on the rescue and rehabilitation of native wildlife in the Amazon Rainforest, with the mission to stop poachers and give their victims a new lease on life. In the heart of the Peruvian Amazon, we will support the RAREC team by engaging in onsite and offsite physical examinations, vaccination clinics, and community programs with Peruvian locals. We will have the opportunity to attend educational seminars and in turn, take part in spreading awareness on the conservation and social impacts of the Amazon Rainforest. We are beyond excited to begin this journey and make a positive impact in the Peruvian Amazon!
