The Trek ‘n Triage crew are thrilled to be travelling to Limpopo, South Africa, to actively participate in the conservation and protection of wildlife species. Throughout this program, we will work alongside wildlife veterinarians at an ambulatory clinic, gaining valuable hands-on experience in treating and rehabilitating wild animals on the game reserves in South Africa. Our work will involve the capture, care and medical treatment of various species, including wildebeests, lions, elephants, giraffes, rhinos, and much more. By engaging directly with conservation efforts, we strive to deepen our understanding of the realities and difficulties of wildlife.
