This summer we will be traveling to Costa Rica, where we will be participating in wildlife rehabilitation and conservation, as well as learning more about the local culture and their relationship with nature. We are looking forward to learning about new perspectives and approaches to wildlife medicine as we work with new species like monkeys and sloths for the first time! We are excited to get a glimpse of our future as wildlife veterinarians and are so grateful to the Global Vets program for making this possible.
